Applicants for graduate courses must have passed plus-two from a recognised institution and candidates applying for postgraduate courses must have passed bachelors degree from a recognised institution located across India. More information is being provided below with regards to eligibility condition for the sake of the students:
Bachelors in Design/BBA
Candidates must have passed or appearing the 10+2 exam (Any Stream) from any recognized higher secondary school board. Candidates who are 25 years of age or below can appear for FDDI AIST 2022 for UG admissions.
Masters in Design
The candidates must be a graduate or appearing for graduation in courses related to Footwear/Leather Goods/Design/Fashion/Fine arts/ Architecture/Engineering/Production/Technology from any recognized educational institution located across India. There is no age restriction for aspirants applying for PG course admissions.
MBA
Applicants must be a graduate or apperaring for graduation in any discipline from any recognized institution located across India. Those who have a valid MAT score in current academic year can also apply.
Point to remember
Candidates (applicants of MBA - Retail & Fashion Merchandise) who have appeared for popular exams like CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ JMET/NMAT/AIMA/AMCAT/SNAP/AIM-CAT/GMAT shall be exempted from FDDI AIST.
The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based test) where candidates have to mark the answers in a separate answer sheet. Candidates have to answer questions related to Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal & Analytical Ability, General Awareness, General Knowledge, Visualisation, Colour and composition if choosing BDes or MDes.
The questions related to Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal & Analytical Ability, General Awareness, General Knowledge and Business/Management Aptitude Test have to be answered if the chosen course is BBA or MBA. More information is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
