GITAM Admission Test Postgraduate 2022 GITAM (Deemed To Be University) located in Vishakapatnam in Andhra Pradesh conducts GITAM Admission Test for Post Graduate (GAT PGT) to offer admission into postgraduate engineering courses in various disciplines.
This is an institutional level exam conducted once a year and is popularly known as GITAM GAT PGT. Students who are focused on engineering postgraduation in various disciplines can focus on this exam. GITAM stands for Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management.
The notification is released on the official website of GITAM at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. Currently the application form submission feature is on and candidates can submit applications till 10 May 2022 on the official website.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to respective engineering discipline taught at graduation level will have to have to be answered in two hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
