Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2023 Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conducts Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) to provide admission into BE (Bachelor of Engineering), BTech (Bachelor of Technology) and BPharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) courses in colleges located across Gujarat. Individuals who wish to study graduation in subjects mentioned above can aim for this exam.
This is a state level exam conducted once a year and the popular name is GUJCET. It is also known as GUJCET Exam. The notification is released on the official website of GSEB at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in offline mode and questions related to maths, physics and chemistry, biology have to be answered in 3 hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
