Syllabus for Karnataka PGCET 2022

Students focused on postgraduation courses have to study graduation related lessons in the subject in which they wish to do postgraduation. For example, students who wish to study MTech in Civil Engineering must read chapters related to BTech Civil Engineering while preparing for the test. Questions related to the lessons at graduate level in the respective subject will feature in the test.

Candidates who are focused on management must read topics from General Knowledge, Service Aptitiude, Logical Reasoning, Business Aptitude, General Awareness, Language Skills (English) while preparing for the exam. Those aiming for computer applications course either at bachelors or masters level can study lessons related to computer science taught at plus-two or graduation level along with other subjects. 

The study materials in connection with the above mentioned subjects can be sourced from well-known book stores located across the country. They can be obtained from online book stores and many websites also provide them on their platforms at free of cost or at low cost. The syllabus for the entrance test will be set according to the branch chosen by the candidates. There will be 60 questions from the subject chosen by the candidate in the paper and the remaining questions will be from Arithmetic and Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English.
