Application process for RMAT 2022

Candidates have to now apply for exams like CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/CMAT as RMAT has been replaced by these exams. So, the application process to be followed would be that of CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/CMAT.

The procedure to apply would by and large be online as most of the national exams have a scope for applying online. However, for the sake of the candidates, the procedure to apply for RMAT is being provided. The institution has the procedure to apply online and offline. The procedures are mentioned below:

Online

Post ensuring the fulfillment of eligibility conditions, candidates can take the process of submitting the applications. The procedure to submit applications is online and candidates have to visit the official website of the exam to submit applications. 

Candidates have to visit the official website using the respective url. Once the webpage downloads, the link for registration has to be clicked.

Post clicking the link, candidates will see a form where they can fill details like their name, gender, email id, mobile number, date of birth, unique password, security question and submit them to create a user account comprising username and password. 

3A. Post submission, candidates may receive a confirmation message on the computer screen about successful submission of the registration form and the acceptance of username and password created during the registration process. 

Post obtaining the confirmation message, candidates can go back to the url where they visited for registration and click the login link and enter the username and password and when the application form appears they can start filling the form. 

3B. In certain other cases after the registration form is submitted, candidates may receive an OTP (One Time Password) either on their mobile phone or email id. Candidates have to enter the OTP and then finally submit the form and wait for successful submission confirmation. 

Post confirmation, candidates can go back to the url where they visited for registration and click the login link and enter the username and password and when the application form appears they can start filling the form. 

4. The form filling can be taken up by providing details like candidate's name, email id, mobile number, date of birth, qualification details, exam centre. 

5A. They have to upload required documents like recent passport size photograph of the candidate, image of candidate's signature in the required specification. 

5B. If required other documents mentioned below that are as per the required specifications have also to be uploaded:

$ Category certificate (if applicable)

$ 10th class marksheet 

$ 12th class marksheet (suggested alternatives if marksheet not available)

$ UG or PG marksheets (suggested alternatives if marksheets not available)

6. Post document upload, exam fees or registration fee has to be paid either through online or offline mode. Candidate has to opt for the mode of payment that is made available the institution.

6B. Post payment of exam fees, candidates can check the application form once again and check for errors with regards to details provided in the application form and correct the mistakes if any and submit the application form. In case there are mo mistakes, candidates can directly submit the application form. 

7. Post submission, candidates will receive the confirmation message indicating successful submission. Candidates can download the confirmation message and preserve it for future purposes. 

Offline

1. Candidates can visit the institution's premises in person and collect the application form by paying the required amount. Candidates can fill the application form and submit it along with the required documents and a Demand Draft (registration fees) at the institutions itself. The registration fee can be paid in cash or cheque also if it is allowed. Candidates can bring home the application and fill it up and send it to the institution along with required documents and registration fee amount by post or courier.

The completely filled application must be sent to the address The Coordinator, Rajasthan Technical University, Rawatbhata Road, Kota, Rajasthan – 324022.

Point to remember

If the candidates are planning to send the filled application form either by post or courier, the registration amount must be in form of Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque. Candidates can send either a DD or a cheque as per the specifications issued by the institution.
