Eligibility criteria for RMAT 2022

Condition of eligibility to be referred will be that of national level exams - CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/CMAT as candidates have to pass these exams now to apply for RMAT. RMAT has been replaced by CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/CMAT. However, the eligibility condition for applying for RMAT is given below for the sake of the candidates. The information about eligibility criteria is:

Educational qualification

The applicant must have passed a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised educational institution. The pass percentage is 50% if the applicants are from General Category. The same is 45% for SC/ST and OBC category candidates.

National level Management exams/Domicile

Applicants must also have passed any one of the national level management exams - CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/CMAT. They can attach the score cards of these exams while applying for MBA admission. The candidates must also be a domicile of Rajasthan.

Exam pattern for RMAT 2022

The test used to be conducted in offline mode (as a pen and paper test) where the answers have to be marked in a separate answer sheet. The questions are to be answered in 2 hours 30 minutes. The total questions to be answered are 200.

Test consists of five sections (reasoning, aptitude, data interpretation, english language and proficiency, general awareness) and each section consists of 40 questions of equal value. More information is being provided below for the sake of the candidates in a tabular format:

Candidates are now requested to familiarize themselves with the exam formats of CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/CMAT. As applying for MBA admission requires a pass in the above mentioned national level exams. Also, RMAT has been replaced by these national level popular exams.
