Educational qualification
For LDC/ JSA, PA/SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
For Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
The candidates must possess Essential qualification on or before the closing date for receipt of online applications i.e. 07-03-2022.
Age limit
Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years as on 01-01-2022 i.e. Candidates born not before 02-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004 are eligible to apply.

Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either (a) a citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the Examination but the offer of appointment will be given only after, the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the Government of India.
The exam will be conducted in three phases - Phase 1 and Phase 2 and Phase 3 and the test pattern is different for each phase. There is negative marking with regards to Phase 1 where candidates have to answer questions in objective type format. Phase 1 is conducted in online mode and Phase 2 will be held in pen and paper mode.
Phase 3 comprises skill test where the candidates ability to type required information in a given time duration will be tested. The ability to enter required data on a computer in a given time duration is also tested in the third phase. The pattern is given below for the sake of the candidates:
