Counselling for TS POLYCET 2023

Candidates have to ensure they have passed TS POLYCET with the minimum qualifying marks to become eligible for counselling procedure. Individuals who have qualified for counselling have to pay the required fee and book a slot for document verification. There will be designated centres for counselling and candidates can visit them to get their documents verified. 

Post document verification, students can register for counselling and then start choosing the college and the course they wish to study and confirm them. Post confirmation, the choices made by candidates are analyzed and then seats are allotted. Candidates who have got the seats can convey their acceptance and pay the fees and join the college. 

The registration process after document verification

1A. The online registration can be done by visiting the required website on a computer at the candidate's place of stay (if allowed) or at the designated centre. The information about this would be made available on the official website of the exam at the appropriate time.

1B. In online registration, candidates have to visit the required website and create an account comprising a username and password. Applicants have to provide details like their exam roll number, application number, date of birth, exam centre during the registration procedure. 

2. Post completion of registration and obtaining username and password, candidates have to login using them and fill the application form indicating the college they wish to study the course of their choice and submit it. The application has to be submitted along with photocopies of required documents if asked.

3. Candidates have to pay the fee (counselling fee) either during the registration process or before the commencement of the registration process. 

Documents required

Candidates have to take certain documents with them while attending the document verification process. Candidates must have both photocopies and originals of the documents mentioned below as both would be of use during the counselling process:

$ TS POLYCET Score card/Result card

$ 10th class marksheet

$ 12th class marksheet

$ Caste certificate (if applicable)

$ PwD certificate (if applicable)

$ Indentification cards like Aadhar Card/Voter Id/Pan Card
