Educational Qualification/Pass Marks
Candidates targeting admission to first-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology must have passed class 10th or equivalent or plus-two with Science and Mathematics subjects and must have obtained 35% marks. Candidates aiming for courses in non engineering sections can be a pass in 10th class or plus-two (from any stream).
Applicants focusing on Lateral Entry in Diploma Engineering must have passed class 12 with PCM subjects/Technical Vocational Subject stream or ITI (two years).
Age limit/Domicile/Citizenship
Appearing candidates must have a domicile of Uttrakhand and a citizen of India. There is no upper age limit set by the exam conducting authority.
The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based test) where the answers have to be recorded in an answer sheet that would be provided separately. The total number of questions is 100 which have to be answered in 3 hours and total score is 500. More information is provided below for the sake of the candidates in a tabular format:
