Parul University, Vadodara

B.Tech tuition at the Vadodara campus is Rs 1,75,000 a year for the 2026-27 session and Rs 1,95,000 a year for 2027-28, the same for all branches, as listed on Parul's admissions portal; the fee does not change with the student's home state. Industry-embedded B.Tech programmes cost more (Rs 2,70,000 to Rs 2,90,000 a year for 2027-28).

Yearly tuition for 2026-27 on the admissions portal (2027-28 in brackets): BBA Rs 1,55,000 (Rs 1,75,000), BCA Rs 1,45,000 (Rs 1,60,000), B.Com Rs 90,000 (Rs 1,25,000), B.Pharm Rs 1,80,000, B.Sc Nursing Rs 2,26,000 (Rs 2,41,000), BAMS Rs 6,75,000, BHMS Rs 3,15,000, MBA Rs 2,25,000 and MCA Rs 1,60,000 (Rs 1,75,000). The portal does not show an MBBS fee.

No university-wide test. Most programmes admit on Class 12 or graduation marks. The exceptions are the Design Aptitude Test for B.Des, PUPET (a physical efficiency test) for B.P.E.S., and entrance tests the university holds for its allied health master's programmes. MBBS, BAMS and BHMS need NEET (UG), and B.Arch needs NATA or JEE Paper 2. No 2027 dates are published (checked 15 October 2026).

Parul's admissions portal and B.Tech pages ask only for Class 12 science with Physics and Mathematics (plus Chemistry, Computer Science, IT or another listed subject) and 45% marks, or 40% for reserved categories. They do not name JEE Main or GUJCET for B.Tech admission (checked 15 October 2026).

For 2026-27 the university lists 87 room options in 43 hostel blocks, from Rs 79,000 to Rs 3,50,000 a year depending on AC or non-AC, washroom and sharing. The fee includes a vegetarian meal plan, Wi-Fi, laundry (six pairs a week) and the Arogya Card for treatment at Parul Sevashram Hospital. Rooms are allotted first come, first served.

In its NIRF 2026 data, Parul reports that for the 2025 graduating batch 1,971 of 3,265 four-year UG graduates were placed at a median salary of Rs 6,25,000 a year, with 494 going on to higher studies. For two-year PG programmes, 2,306 of 2,971 graduates were placed at a median of Rs 6,50,000; three-year UG graduates had a median of Rs 4,80,000.

NAAC accredited Parul University with an A++ grade and a CGPA of 3.55 in its first cycle (certificate dated 20 February 2023, valid up to 19 February 2028). In NIRF 2025 it ranked 41st in Pharmacy and was in the 101-150 band among universities. UGC placed it in Category-I in September 2024.

Its scholarship page lists sports scholarships (up to full tuition, hostel and food fees plus a stipend of up to Rs 20,000 a month for international medal winners), cultural scholarships (25% to 100% of tuition for district to national prize winners) and defence scholarships (30% to 50% tuition waiver for defence personnel and their dependents). Defence scholarships do not apply to MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, Pharm.D, MD, MS or MPT.

Parul University is a state private university established in 2015 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, and recognised by UGC. Its main campus is at P.O. Limda, Taluka Waghodia, District Vadodara, Gujarat 391760; it also has campuses in Ahmedabad, Surat and Goa.

Parul University admits most students on their Class 12 or graduation marks through its online admissions portal, with no university-wide entrance test.
