About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Academic Counsellor to guide students through their academic journey. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling student leads, providing course-related information, and maintaining effective follow-ups. The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi to interact with students and assist them with their academic queries.

What you will do

  • Counsel students and provide guidance on academic programs.

  • Handle and follow up with student leads.

  • Communicate with students to understand their academic interests and requirements.

  • Assist students with course selection and application-related queries.

  • Maintain effective communication and lead management.

  • Convert prospective student leads into applications.

What we are looking for

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong student counselling and convincing skills.

  • Fluent Hindi communication skills.

  • Ability to handle student queries and follow-ups.

  • Good organizational and lead management skills.

  • Personal laptop is mandatory.

  • Candidates should be willing to work from the Chennai office.
