REVA does not publish a tuition-fee table on its website or in its 2026 prospectus (checked 15 October 2026); the admissions team confirms the fee after application. The application fee is Rs 1,000 for engineering, architecture, law and postgraduate programmes and Rs 500 for other undergraduate programmes. The UGCET-2026 checklist lists the fee payable at the university for CET/KEA students: B.Tech Rs 19,680 (GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B), Rs 43,830 (Category-1) or Rs 52,000 (SC/ST); B.Arch Rs 22,680, Rs 46,830 or Rs 55,000; BPT Rs 60,000.

B.Tech admission uses KCET (code E232), COMEDK (E164) or JEE scores; B.Arch needs NATA or JEE Main Paper 2; BBA LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. use CLAT, LSAT or REVA CLAT; M.Tech (full time), MBA and MCA use Karnataka PGCET; M.Arch needs PGETA with GATE also accepted. Most other programmes are filled on qualifying marks. No 2027 dates are published yet (checked 15 October 2026).

REVA RISE (REVA Initiative for Scholastic Excellence) is the university's scholarship aptitude test for UG and PG applicants, held every year in April, May and June. A score of 95 and above earns a 50% tuition waiver (100% for rural government PU college students), 90-94 earns 40%, 85-89 earns 30%, 75-84 earns 20% and 60-74 earns 10%. Continuation needs 80% attendance and 8.0 SGPA/CGPA in a single attempt. Dates for 2027 are not published.

The programme pages say admission is based on CLAT, LSAT or REVA CLAT, the REVA University Common Law Aptitude Test, with a Class 12 pass of at least 45% (40% for SC/ST, 42% for OBC). Both are five-year Honours programmes. LL.M. in Business and Corporate Law and in Criminology are one-year programmes admitted on CLAT or LSAT.

REVA lists 16 B.Tech programmes: computer science and engineering, computer science and information technology, CSE with AI and data science, CSE with AI and machine learning, CSE with IoT and cyber security including blockchain, information science, electrical and electronics, electronics and communication, electronics and computer, robotics and AI, mechanical, mechatronics, aerospace, civil, design engineering and agricultural engineering. Each runs for 8 semesters (4 years).

The NIRF 2026 data sheet for the 2024-25 graduating batch shows 1,472 of 1,794 four-year undergraduates placed at a median salary of Rs 7,18,000, and 647 of 1,088 two-year postgraduates placed at Rs 4,80,000. The 2026 prospectus quotes a highest CTC of INR 45.5 LPA, 3,369 job offers and 400+ recruiting partners for academic year 2025-26.

NAAC granted grade A+ with a CGPA of 3.30 (first cycle) on 10 April 2024, valid up to 9 April 2029. In NIRF India Rankings 2025 REVA is in the 151-200 band in the University category and the 201-300 band in Engineering. NBA accredits the B.Tech programmes in computer science, electronics and communication and mechanical engineering until 30 June 2028.

It is a state private university, established in Bengaluru under the Government of Karnataka Act No. 13 of 2012 and recognised by the UGC. It is not a deemed university.

Yes. Separate boys and girls halls of residence on campus house 1,600+ boys and 1,400+ girls, with single, three and four sharing rooms, attached bathrooms, and both AC and non-AC rooms. The hostel fee is not published on the website.
