How to read these cutoffs
A closing rank is the last rank admitted to a programme in a round. These are the final round (round 5) of JoSAA 2026, so they show where each programme finally closed. If your rank is at or before a programme's closing rank, a candidate like you got that seat last year.
EWS, OBC-NCL, SC and ST cutoffs use your category rank, not your common rank list (CRL) rank. NITs fill half their seats from their own state (Home State quota), which often closes later than the Other State seats listed on the rank pages; each branch page shows both.
For a list matched to your home state and gender, use the JEE college predictor. See also the JEE Advanced cutoffs.
