Overview
The ASBM University Entrance Examination (ASBMUEE) is the entrance test that ASBM University, Bhubaneswar, runs for admission to its MBA, five-year Integrated MBA, B.Tech. and law programmes. It is an online test of two hours (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) that the university accepts in place of CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT or ATMA for the regular MBA and in place of IPMAT, CUET-UG or UGAT for the Integrated MBA. How to Apply for ASBMUEE 2027
The ASBMUEE page gives the steps below for the 2026 application cycle. The 2027 form has not been announced.
- Open asbm.ac.in, go to Admission, then Apply Online, and choose ASBMUEE for the entrance examination.
- Choose the programme and click Apply Now.
- Register with name, email ID and mobile number.
- Fill in the application form: guardian details, address and a recent passport-size photograph in JPG or JPEG format.
- Enter previous qualifications, upload mark sheets and add work experience, if any.
- Enter details of the qualifying entrance test and upload its scorecard where the programme asks for one.
- Verify the details, tick the declaration and save.
- Pay the application fee: Rs 500 for a UG or PG programme and Rs 1,000 for Ph.D., by debit card, credit card or net banking; a demand draft is also offered.

Admission After ASBMUEE: Selection, Fees and Scholarships
An ASBMUEE score is one input to admission, not the whole decision. The Selection Process page lists the application steps and the information bulletin gives the MBA selection weightage.
- MBA and MBA (Business Intelligence and AI): the 2026 information bulletin weights the national-level qualifying test (CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, CUET or ASBMUEE) at 35%, career score 25%, personal interview 20%, group discussion 10%, sports and professional experience 5% and gender diversity 5%.
- Integrated MBA: the bulletin lists a qualifying score in ASBMUEE and a personal interview as the selection process.
- Fees for batch 2026-27: MBA Rs 3,60,000 a year; B.Tech. Rs 1,35,000; BA LL.B. and BBA LL.B. Rs 1,00,000; Integrated MBA Rs 85,000 a year for three years and Rs 2,20,000 a year for the last two.
- Merit scholarships for batch 2026-27: MBA, Integrated MBA, BA LL.B. and BBA LL.B. students get Rs 70,000, Rs 80,000 or Rs 1,00,000 by marks band, paid in the last semester.
