Bhandarkars Arts and Science College, Udupi

Bhandarkar’s Art and Science College was established in 1963, is sponsored by the Academy of General education. The college is affiliated to Mangalore University and accredited Grade A by NAAC. The main reason behind the existence of college was the considerable donation of Rs. 2 lakhs by Dr A.S Bhandarkar, then practising doctor at Bahrain, Persian Gulf. The college offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Pure Sciences courses in various streams.
