For session 2026-27 the first-semester fee notice dated 12 June 2026 prints Rs 86,475: tuition Rs 57,660, JNU fee Rs 10,215, NCHM fee Rs 3,600, examination Rs 3,000, institutional fee Rs 2,400, admission fee Rs 1,600 and a refundable caution of Rs 8,000. Rs 20,000 is paid at counselling and the balance of Rs 66,475 to the institute. No second-semester notice is published.

For 2026-27 the Food Production and Bakery and Confectionery diplomas each cost Rs 37,200 for the first year, with Rs 24,870 due in term 1 and Rs 12,330 in term 2. The notice puts the first-term amount to be paid at selection at Rs 28,000. The booklet also lists one-time charges (admission fee Rs 1,500, identity card, insurance and other small items) and refundable caution money of Rs 1,000 for the institute and Rs 500 for the mess; hostel and mess are extra.

For 2026-27 the B.Sc. notice lists, per term, a hostel fee of Rs 4,000, mess fee of Rs 15,000, electricity and water Rs 1,000 and maintenance Rs 1,000, with refundable cautions of Rs 1,500, Rs 22,500 in all for term 1 if a room is allotted. The diploma booklet lists the hostel at Rs 6,000 a term with mess extra. Hostel seats are limited and go to outstation students by merit rank.

The 3-year B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is filled on NCHM JEE rank through NCHMCT counselling; the institute held physical reporting for JEE candidates from 22 to 26 June 2026.
