About Dr. C.V. Raman University Patna Dr. C.V. Raman University Patna, established in the year 2018 by AISECT Educational Group over a vast area in the backward region of Bhagwanpur at Patna, Bihar, the University has changed the perception of Higher Education in terms of its quality and accessibility.
