For 2026-27 the tuition fee is Rs 17,90,000 a year. Hostel is compulsory at Rs 1,50,000 a year (triple sharing non-AC) with mess charges of Rs 1,50,000 a year extra, plus a one-time refundable security deposit of Rs 1,00,000 and a miscellaneous fee of Rs 94,000; the page totals Rs 22,84,000 including mess and applies a 9% annual increment. Examination and enrolment fees follow university norms.

The fee-structure page (no session stated, checked 16 October 2026) lists annual tuition of Rs 1,45,000 for B.Pharm and B.Sc Nursing, Rs 1,15,000 for B.PT, Rs 1,05,000 for B.MLS, Rs 1,00,000 for B.Optom, Rs 70,000 for BCA, Rs 1,30,000 for D.Pharm, Rs 1,55,000 for DMLT, Rs 1,10,000 for M.Sc Nursing, Rs 1,20,000 for M.Pharm and Rs 75,000 for MCA, plus an annual exam fee of Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000.

The college lists an intake of 250 seats. Candidates must be 17 on 31 December of the admission year with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together (40% for SC, ST and OBC). The MBBS enquiry form asks for the NEET roll number and score. The official pages checked do not describe counselling rounds or quotas; the MBBS course is 54 months (4 and a half years) on the college page.

MD and MS are three-year courses in 19 departments with 125 seats in all: Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Pathology, General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology, Radiodiagnosis, Ophthalmology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and General Surgery. The pages checked do not name NEET PG.

Programme pages for B.Optom, B.MRIT, M.Optom, M.MRIT and M.MLS mention an entrance test or entrance exam conducted by the university, with no name, date or syllabus. For the Bachelor of Physiotherapy, NEET UG is mandatory from 2027 along with the university entrance examination and an interview. The 2027 schedule is not published.

Era University's Public Self-Disclosure lists accreditation and ranking status (NAAC, NBA, NIRF) as "In Process", so no NAAC grade is published. Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital has submitted NIRF data in the Medical category every year from 2019 to 2026; no rank could be confirmed on nirfindia.org (checked 16 October 2026).

Era University is a state private university set up under U.P. Act No. 12 of 2019, and UGC confirmed its private status and degree-awarding power in May 2019. It is at Sarfarazganj, Hardoi Road, Lucknow 226003, with Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Era's College of Nursing, Era's Institute of Allied Health Sciences and Research and Era College of Pharmacy as constituent colleges.

Era University publishes no campus-wide placement percentage or package. Its Placement Cell page lists campus drives held in 2023 by organisations including Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, SLMG Beverages, Apollomedcis, NEON Laboratories and Flavin Labs. The medical college's NIRF 2026 sheet gives a median salary of Rs 12,50,000 for MBBS graduates of 2023-24, which covers MBBS only.

Admission to Era University is by application and an interview of eligible candidates; entrance requirements depend on the course. The MBBS enquiry form asks for NEET details and NEET UG is mandatory from 2027 for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
