Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital

Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital is a private medical college and teaching hospital at Pandara, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, run by the Hi-Tech Group. The college describes itself as the first private medical college in Odisha and eastern India and says its teaching hospital has 935 beds, including 256 ICU beds. It is affiliated to the Odisha University of Health Sciences (OUHS), Bhubaneswar, which lists it among its affiliated medical colleges, and the National Medical Commission's seat matrix for 2026-27 (letter dated 21 September 2026) shows 150 MBBS seats for the Bhubaneswar college. A separate college with a similar name, Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Rourkela, has its own NMC allocation of 100 MBBS seats.

The MBBS course follows the NMC curriculum and runs for 4.5 years plus a one-year internship; admission is through NEET UG and state or all-India counselling. The college's page lists 110 approved postgraduate seats across 16 disciplines: MD in physiology (4), pathology (8), microbiology (4), paediatrics (8), anaesthesiology (8), general medicine (12), dermatology, venereology and leprosy (5), psychiatry (5), respiratory medicine (4), community medicine (6) and radio-diagnosis (5), and MS in general surgery (12), orthopaedics (8), ENT (5), ophthalmology (4) and obstetrics and gynaecology (12). For fees the college refers applicants to government and institutional notifications.
