About IIS University Jaipur IIS University, Jaipur was established in 1995 as The International College for Girls (ICG). The college has been given the status of Deemed to be University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 and it is now IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur. It is one of the leading institutes of the country located in Jaipur, accredited A+ grade by the NAAC and recognized by UGC. The university offers a wide range of UG, PG and Research programs. In addition to degree courses, the candidates can also opt for Diploma/ Certificate programs. Admission to these courses is done on the basis of merit scored in the last qualifying examination. IIS (Deemed to be University) has a full-fledged Training Placement & Counseling Cell which looks in to the overall planning and execution of career guidance, career counselling, and employment opportunities for the students of IIS(Deemed to be University).
