Navrachana University

Navrachana University (NUV) is a private university on Vasna-Bhayli Road in Vadodara, Gujarat, established under Gujarat Act No. 8 of 2009, which was published in the Gujarat Government Gazette on 7 July 2009. The University Grants Commission lists it as a private university established by an Act of the Gujarat Legislature and eligible to award degrees through its main campus in regular mode. NUV is part of the Navrachana Education Society, a charitable trust established in 1965 that also runs schools around Vadodara. NAAC accredited the university with an A grade (CGPA 3.07 on a four-point scale) in October 2023, valid up to 17 October 2028.

Teaching is organised in five schools: Business and Law, Engineering and Technology, Science, Liberal Studies and Education, and Environmental Design and Architecture. The published intake for 2024-25 includes 240 seats in the four-year BBA, 60 in the five-year integrated BBA-LLB, 120 in the MBA, 90 in B.Tech Computer Science Engineering and 30 each in B.Tech Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical and Electronics. The schools also offer BCA (Hons) AI-ML, BSc-Data Science, BSc programmes in Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology and Microbiology, integrated BSc-MSc programmes, MSc programmes, B.Arch, B.Design, M.Plan, B.Ed, BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, LLM, Executive MBA and PhD. Fees for 2026-27 are published per semester; B.Tech, B.Arch, MBA, M.Tech and M.Plan are listed as FRC-regulated programmes with separate ACPC and management seat columns.
