Raajdhani Engineering College, Bhubaneswar

The fee page lists a "course fee" for 2026-27 to 2028-29, described as prescribed by the Government: Rs 95,000 for B.Tech (CSE, Mechanical, Civil, EE, EEE, ECE), Rs 1,00,000 for MBA and M.Tech, Rs 95,000 for MCA and Rs 40,000 for diplomas. The page does not say whether these amounts are for a year or a semester, or what the asterisk on the degree fees means, so no fee is loaded here. Transport charges are extra, and the period has to be confirmed with the college (checked 20 October 2026).

The same 2026-27 to 2028-29 fee table prints a hostel fee of Rs 65,000 against every programme without a period or the inclusions. The Odisha government fee notification of July 2026, which the college hosts, lists an optional own-hostel cost of Rs 26,000 per year for degree and PG courses and Rs 24,000 for diploma. The two figures are not reconciled on the college pages, so the amount payable has to be confirmed with the hostel office. The hostels for boys and girls house up to 1,100 students.

B.Tech seats are filled through OJEE counselling on a valid JEE (Main) or OJEE rank, with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the Class 12 subjects. Reporting for B.Tech, MBA, MCA and M.Tech admission in 2026-27 was from 3 to 7 August 2026. OJEE had published no 2027 schedule on odishajee.com on 20 October 2026.

Nine B.Tech branches, five M.Tech programmes, an MBA, an MCA and six diplomas (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science and Engineering, Automobile and Mining), per the Course Offered page checked 20 October 2026. The 2025-26 AICTE approval and the May 2026 mandatory disclosure list only four diplomas, so Automobile and Mining appear on the programme page and fee table only. The fee table and application form also name BBA, BCA, B.Sc. (CS) and nursing courses that the programme page does not list.

For the 2024-25 graduating batch the NIRF 2026 sheets report 361 of 539 undergraduates placed with a median salary of Rs 3,30,000, and 74 of 166 postgraduates placed with a median of Rs 3,90,000. The placement cell names Amazon, Bosch, IBM, Infosys, Accenture, TCS and Wipro among its recruiters without a year, and the college gives no highest or average package.

NAAC accredited the college with grade A and a CGPA of 3.11 on a four point scale, valid up to 29 January 2030 (certificate dated 30 January 2025). NBA accredited the UG Electrical Engineering programme for 2024-25 to 2026-27, valid up to 30 June 2027; the NBA letter says the institution as a whole is not NBA accredited.
