About History Course

History Course Eligiblity

Students WHO have an interest in following a course in any programme in History, got to meet the eligibility criteria set by universities. The common eligibility criteria ar as follows:

BA History: Students need to vlear the + from a recognised board and must have secured a minimum of 50% marks. Students from a Humanities background, are typically given a lot of preference. However, some universities permit students from any stream to use for admission.

MA History: The candidate ought to have done their graduation from a recognised university and will have secured a minimum of 50%marks. The scholar ought to have done their BA (Hons), BA Programme with History as a major/minor or any similar connected subject.

MPhil: Students WHO need to pursue their MPhil in History, ought to hold an academic degree in History. The candidate ought to have conjointly secured a minimum of fifty fifth mixture in their Master’s from a recognised faculty.
