IBSAT 2026 is the remote-proctored online aptitude test of ICFAI Business School (IBS) for MBA/PGPM admission, with 8 test dates from 5 December 2026. How to Apply for IBSAT 2026
- Register online on the IBSAT portal with personal and contact details, or buy the IBS bulletin and application form in cash at an IBS marketing office.
- Pay the Rs 1,800 application fee. A confirmation email and SMS give the application number and password, and online applicants get a hard copy of the IBS bulletin within one week.
- Select a test date from the 8 IBSAT 2026 dates (IBS says candidates can pick the most convenient one) and apply before the deadline for that pair of tests: 1, 8, 15 or 22 December 2026.
- Applicants with a valid CAT, NMAT by GMAC, XAT or GMAT score from 2024 onwards can apply by 19 December 2026 and update the score online by 31 January 2027; a selection call letter follows in January 2027.
- Candidates called for the selection process attend a Micro Presentation and a Personal Interview; the final decision uses past academic record and these two rounds.
