About Birla Institute of Management Technology Greater Noida Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) was founded in 1988 by the Birla Academy of Art and Culture, with the support of the Birla Group of Companies. The institute is situated in Greater Noida. The business school was established by the late Dr. (Smt.) Sarala Birla and the late B K Birla, chairman of the B K Birla Group of companies. The NAAC awarded BIMTECH an ‘A+' ranking. The B-School offers postgraduate courses in General Management, International Business, Insurance Business, and Retail Management that have been accredited by the AICTE. There are over 65 international collaborations of institutions located all over the world. Global relationships are critical for all aspects of student and faculty development in this period.
