HLM Group of Institutions

HLM Group of Institutions is a private, self-financed group of five colleges at the 11th Milestone on the Delhi–Meerut Road (NH-58), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The HLM Educational Society, registered at Meerut on 27 October 2004, runs the group, which opened in 2005 in memory of Harbans Lal Miglani and now spreads over a 32-acre campus. Its programmes are affiliated to three universities: Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut for arts, commerce, science, law, education and library science; Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow for B.Tech, MBA and MCA, which the site lists as AICTE-approved; and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, together with the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, for physiotherapy and nursing. The Bar Council of India, the National Council for Teacher Education and the Indian Nursing Council approve the law, teacher-education and nursing courses.

The five colleges are HLM College, HLM MBA College, HLM Nursing College, HLM Law College and Mahalakshmi College for Girls. The site lists 22 programmes, including B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, its AI and ML variant, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc., B.Com., LL.B., BA LL.B., B.Ed., B.P.Ed., BPT, B.Sc. Nursing, GNM and ANM. B.Tech applicants need 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 50 percent, with JEE Main or state entrance routes; MBA and MCA candidates need a bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent, and admission follows university and state government rules; B.Ed. admission goes through a state entrance test.
