IES Institute of Pharmacy

IES Institute of Pharmacy is a private pharmacy institute on the IES campus at Kalkheda, Ratibad Main Road, Bhopal, part of the IES Group of Institutions run by the Infotech Education Society. The Pharmacy Council of India's decision letter of 19 January 2023 lists it as institute PCI-2907 and names the Registrar of IES University, Bhopal as the affiliating authority; IES University is a UGC-listed state private university established on 14 August 2019. NIRF 2025 ranked the institute 95th in the Pharmacy category with a score of 42.21 (institute ID IR-P-C-58318).

The PCI letter approves the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm, 60 seats), the four-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm, 100 seats) and the M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics (15 seats). IES University's Faculty of Pharmacy page lists the same three programmes plus a doctoral programme. NIRF 2025 data shows 400 B.Pharm students, a sanctioned intake of 100 a year since 2020-21, and a 2023-24 graduating batch of 96, of whom 53 were placed at a median salary of Rs 3.5 lakh and 21 moved to higher studies. For 2023-24 the institute reported three sponsored research projects worth Rs 16.25 lakh and eight consultancy projects. B.Pharm and D.Pharm seats are filled through Madhya Pradesh DTE counselling on Class 12 merit, and M.Pharm seats use GPAT scores.
