B.Pharm degree from an AICTE/PCI approved institution with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD). Final year B.Pharm students are also eligible.

Computer-Based Test. 125 MCQs in 3 hours. Subjects: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy. +4 for correct, −1 for wrong. Total: 500 marks. Minimum qualifying score varies by category.
