The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Meerut, also called IHM Meerut, is a private hotel-management institute established in 1987 and run by the Hotel Management Catering and Applied Nutrition Educational Society, registered under the Societies Act, 1860. The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, lists it among its private institutes (institute code 302). The institute works from two campuses in Meerut: a 12.5-acre campus at the 77th milestone of the Delhi-Dehradun highway (NH-58) at Daurala, with academic and administrative blocks, laboratories, two restaurants and separate hostels for boys and girls, and an older campus of about 2.5 acres at R.A. Lines, Dogra Mandir Road, Meerut Cantt.
NCHMCT's affiliation notification for 2026-27 approves 90 seats in the three-year B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and 30 seats each in diplomas in Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Bakery and Confectionery.
