How scores are used
Candidates who score at least 25% (50 of 200 marks) are ranked in order of merit; no qualifying mark is prescribed for SC and ST candidates. Because the test runs in two sessions, the committee normalises scores across sessions before ranks are assigned, and a normalised score below zero is treated as zero for candidates with no qualifying cut-off. Candidates who are in the final year of the degree must produce the provisional certificate at the time of admission.
