Interviews apply only to Officers: Scale I candidates shortlisted in the Main and Scale II and III candidates shortlisted in the single-level examination are called for an interview coordinated by the nodal RRB with NABARD and IBPS. Office Assistants and Officer Scale I need proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB. The XIV notification's tentative schedule placed the Preliminary in November-December 2025, the Main or single-level examination in December 2025 to February 2026, and the interviews in January-February 2026.

  2. Click the new-registration option and enter the basic details; the system generates a provisional registration number and password (also sent by e-mail and SMS) so the saved form can be reopened and edited.
  3. Upload the photograph, signature, left thumb impression and hand-written declaration, and capture a live photograph, as specified in the notification.
  4. Pay the fee or intimation charges online within the registration window.
