ICAT Design and Media College, Chennai

Image College of Arts, Animation and Technology (ICAT) was established in 2004 to provide advanced and specialized education in various Digital Design and Media Disciplines. It is the first Digital Media College to obtain ISO 9001:2000 Certification. The College started by offering full-time Post-Graduate Diplomas in 3D Animation, Game Development and Visual FX. The college now offers UG Courses, PG Diploma and Master Degree in various streams. ICAT Collaborations: In 2009, ICAT collaborated with Annamalai University to offer BSc Multimedia and BSc Digital Media Programmes. In 2012, ICAT collaborated with Birmingham City University, UK to offer UG Courses in Digital Media. In 2013, ICAT collaborated with Bharathiar University to offer BSc and MSc programmes. The Birmingham City Programmes do not come under the ambit of UGC/AICTE.
