SNS College of Engineering

SNS College of Engineering (SNSCE) is a self-financing engineering college on Sathy Main Road at Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 2007 by the SNS group, which grew out of the Sri SNS Charitable Trust started in 1997, and its website styles it autonomous. The college is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, and its site lists AICTE approval letters for every year from 2007-08 to 2024-25. NAAC accredited it at grade A (CGPA 3.01) in December 2018, valid until 31 December 2024; no later certificate was found. The curriculum is organised around a design-thinking framework.

SNSCE lists ten undergraduate programmes. B.E. Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and B.Tech. Information Technology began in 2007, Mechanical Engineering in 2009, and five more in 2020: Computer Science and Technology, Computer Science and Design, B.Tech. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science and Engineering (Internet of Things and Cyber Security including Blockchain Technology), and Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering (Additive Manufacturing). Postgraduate options are an MBA (from 2008) and two M.E. programmes, Embedded System Technologies and Manufacturing Engineering (from 2013). The 2025 course list shows an approved intake of 660 undergraduate and 72 postgraduate seats. Government-quota B.E./B.Tech. seats are filled through TNEA counselling; the college's counselling code is 2734.
