Sri Eshwar College of Engineering

Sri Eshwar College of Engineering is a private self-financing engineering college at Kondampatti, Vadasithur, near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore, run by the Eshwar Trust and inaugurated in 2008. It is permanently affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, is included under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, and holds UGC autonomous status for ten years from 2019-20 to 2028-29. AICTE approved its programmes for 2025-26. NAAC accredited the college at A (CGPA 3.27) on 4 December 2018, with validity to 31 December 2024. NBA accredited six undergraduate programmes (computer science and engineering, electronics and communication, mechanical, electrical and electronics, computer and communication engineering and information technology) on 12 June 2026, valid to 31 December 2028. In NIRF 2025 it is in the 201-300 band of the Engineering category.

The college teaches B.E. programmes in computer science and engineering (also with artificial intelligence and machine learning, and cybersecurity), computer and communication engineering, electronics and communication, electronics engineering (VLSI design and technology), electrical and electronics and mechanical engineering, and B.Tech programmes in artificial intelligence and data science, computer science and business systems and information technology. Postgraduate M.E. programmes are in computer science and engineering, engineering design and VLSI design, and Ph.D. programmes cover engineering, technology, science and humanities disciplines. B.E. and B.Tech seats are filled through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions single-window counselling (TNEA code 2739), with a lateral-entry route into the third semester for diploma and B.Sc holders.
